Up to £32k depending on experience
We are recruiting for an experienced team secretary or team administrator to join a global accountancy practice in the City. The role requires someone with excellent administrative and communication skills. You will be working in a small team of other secretaries and therefore a proactive / can-do and a team player approach is required.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Occasional copy/audio typing
- Client on-boarding (responsible for the end-to-end process)
- Occasional reception cover
- Data entry and accurate filing of client information using various CRM systems
- Processing invoices
- Database management
- Writing / drafting letters and emails
- A minimum of 4 years of office administrative experience
- Resilient, proactive, and have a lot of initiative
- A positive, friendly can-do approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and methodical
