Our client, an expanding Fin-Tech company with a unique market proposition, is seeking a proactive and agile team PA to provide PA / administrative support to the senior leadership team. The company is made up of 150 employees and is a diverse and changing workplace that is still in its formation period (year 3) . The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude, be able to think outside the box, and work to build processes within the the business.
This is a varied role that has many traditional elements, but with much more variety given those you are supporting, hence we need someone who is technically and emotionally robust, dynamic, and able to adapt to change.
- Providing administrative support to a number of the senior leadership team.
- Arranging & manage multiple diaries.
- Providing support with travel bookings.
- Processing of various regular expense claims across the team.
- Building excellent relationships with internal/external stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are met.
- Assisting with arranging events.
Please note, we will be shortlisting candidates who have at least 2 years' recent experience supporting senior managers / directors in a professional services or technical environment.
