Team Co-ordinator / Receptionist
This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Coordinator/Receptionist!
We are seeking someone who is helpful, hard-working, and reliable. In this role, you will be front of house as well as supporting the team with both business and private duties.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 - plus great benefits! Happy to consider Tier 5 visas depending on availability.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in reception
- Responsible for managing meeting rooms
- Making sure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Taking accurate messages and passing them onto employees in a timely manner
- Providing five-star customer service at all times
- Creating packs
- Handling accounts
- Providing tea + coffee to visitors
- General administrative duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages
