I am looking for a confident, hard-working and experienced administrator who is looking for the next step in their career as a Team Assistant. You need to be confident, very solutions-focused and able to work in a fast-paced very dynamic environment with a start-up mentality. This is a very social, fun environment and you will learn so much. The role involves providing Team Assistant support to 2 PA's and an Office Manager and ad-hoc support to a wider management team. The role will include diary management, meeting room management, ordering of lunches/office supplies, assisting in projects and all-round admin support and assisting in organising events.

You will have previous experience working in an office environment, be very confident, have an excellent work ethic and happy to turn your hand to any task. The role requires a logical thinker, someone with a can-do attitude and a flexible outlook.

Specific area of responsibility

  • Assist and deputise for the PA's and Office Manager as required
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • To work flexibly to meet the varying requirements of the team
  • Manage and organise associated travel and accommodation requirements for executives, in support of the PA's and Office Manager
  • Sort, screen and prioritise incoming mail for executives (post and fax), drafting responses to correspondence where appropriate and escalating key actions
  • Proactively build and develop internal and external networks of contacts and build knowledge of key business matters in order to effectively identify and screen priorities
  • Produce client correspondence, documents, presentations if required
  • Maintaining filing systems and subsequent storage of information
  • Dealing with confidential information
  • Acting as support for overseas/external visitors
  • Other ad-hoc duties
