Team assistant / Office manager
Our client is a fast growth digital research firm with a fun and informal company culture. They are recruiting for a team assistant / office manager to work closely with the MD in running the office and dealing with clients. Acting as a first point of contact with guests, you will help the HR team with new starters, liaise with suppliers, organise company events and act as a conduit throughout the company.
It is a hybrid role of front of house, office manager and some team support and would suit someone who has done a similarly varied role.
You should be used to working with a range of departments and priorities.
This is a key position within the office of 70 staff (and growing) so it is an excellent opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business.
