Our client is a successful private equity firm based in the West End of London. They are currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join them as a Team Assistant/Office Coordinator.
This is a really varied position that will help you develop your skills if you would like to work towards being a high-level EA in the future. Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, manage meeting rooms, and take ownership of all office management duties. You will work closely with senior EAs and assist them with their workload whilst offering PA support to two investment managers, such as booking travel and diary management.
You will also be responsible for managing the company social events, such as celebration dinners and Christmas and summer parties!
This is such a fantastic varied role that would really help you develop the skills to have a fantastic career! It would suit a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a professional office setting who is looking for the next step. You will need to have a good grasp on IT & Microsoft skills and a positive can-do attitude!
