Are you proactive and career-minded? Due to expansion, our client is looking for a true all-rounder to work in a newly created role supporting the Operations Director.
Duties will involve:
- Scheduling meetings and calendar entries, coordinating all meeting room allocations, and ensuring that meetings and conferences run smoothly.
- Assisting with travel (visas, hotels, flight assessment, transport, tickets, calendar entries, corporate accounts).
- Expenses review and check in line with firm's policy before processing.
- Working with Office Manager on office fitouts, facilities, repair, maintenance, etc.
- This will be a varied and fast-paced role, which will evolve over time.
