Team Administrator / Sales Support
Our client is a leading UK provider of card payment terminals and their services extend across all areas of the payment industry. They're looking for a Team Administrator/Sales Support to support the team.
Location: City of London
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 plus great benefits!
- Processing and confirming sales orders
- Checking and proofreading sales contracts and orders
- Being a point of contact for administrative information
- Raising customer invoices
- Dealing with customers queries
- Creating and cross-checking reports
- Speaking with merchants to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Liaising with external and internal departments by email/phone/face to face
- Building relationships with internal and external customers
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to remember large amounts of information / processes
- The ability to shift priorities at short notice
- Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages
