Team Administrator / Sales Support


Our client is a leading UK provider of card payment terminals and their services extend across all areas of the payment industry. They're looking for a Team Administrator/Sales Support to support the team.

Location: City of London

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 plus great benefits!

Job Details:

  • Processing and confirming sales orders
  • Checking and proofreading sales contracts and orders
  • Being a point of contact for administrative information
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Dealing with customers queries
  • Creating and cross-checking reports
  • Speaking with merchants to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
  • Liaising with external and internal departments by email/phone/face to face
  • Building relationships with internal and external customers

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to remember large amounts of information / processes
  • The ability to shift priorities at short notice
  • Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages
