Team administrator - City based
Our client is a small but very successful professional services firm specialising in accountancy, financial planning, wealth management and tax planning. They are a growing team of over 150 staff based in London and in India.
This role will be a mix of office management, receptionist duties and administrative support to the wider firm. It will be a varied and interesting role with scope to make an impact on improving processes across the business and ensuring the office is a welcoming and professional space for employees and visitors.
Reporting into the EA to the CEO, you will work across all areas of the business, HR, Finance, Events, Health and Safety and can, in time, specialise in one of these areas depending on your career aspirations
The ideal candidate should have some relevant experience in a working environment and will have a proactive approach to their job. Lots of common sense and a pride in your role is expected.
