My client is a training provider that works with companies and the education sector improve the health, wellbeing and performance of individuals and organisations through applied psychology and neuroscience.
The nature of their business is around events, both in person and virtually. They need a born organiser to support the team in facilitating the events and dealing with the wide range of administrative tasks around this. Using MS Office, and the project management systems, you will liaise with the clients, collate the surveys, track and edit the sessions, assist with technical set up for live events and get involved in lots of projects within the business.
My client is a small but growing business of 16 people where employees work hard but are well looked after. This role would suit either someone hoping to build on their events experience or looking for a busy, project-driven administrative role with lots of autonomy.
They will be doing a hybrid working model with at least 2 days in the office.
