Our client, a leading professional services firm based in the heart of the City, is seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive administrator with previous office experience to support a busy team in a client-facing role. The role is varied and busy, requiring to you liaise with managers, directors, and partners at all levels.
The ideal candidate will need to have had at least 1 -2 years' previous office experience, be a team player, and have great communication skills. It would be an advantage to have previous experience from within a professional services company, and Advanced Word and PowerPoint will be needed as you will be editing documents.
The role includes:
- Arranging client meetings
- Scanning permanent documents
- Updating workflows
- Editing and formatting reports, proposals, and presentations
