Our client, a global online payments provider located in Manchester, are seeking a delivery-focused and motivated Senior Sourcing Co-ordinator to work within their Strategic Supplier Management team. As a Senior Sourcing Co-ordinator, you will work along side other team members and stakeholders to identify and implement the company's strategic goals to engage third-party suppliers.
This role requires a candidate who can build strong relationships with new and existing suppliers, and can prioritise their workload adhering to strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong knowledge of MS Office is a must.
- Collate information alongside team members required for business stakeholders
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices and receipting activity to ensure companies contractual terms
- Investigate and resolve outstanding debts
- Document drafting
- Due diligence reporting
- Supplier on-boarding
