Are you a head of internal recruitment or talent management for an IT firm? We are working on a confidential hire for one of the world's fastest growing IT companies.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this person will be responsible for leading a team of eight and heading up hiring across London and Europe (all levels and functions), and forming part of the wider Global network. You will manage the resourcing strategy, projects, and end-to-end experienced and graduate hiring, the bulk of which are in the Business Development area.
You will collaborate with the HR team to look at creative ways of sourcing staff and partnering with external stakeholders to attract the brightest and the best.
You will train your team on best practice in internal recruitment and having an ethical approach to sourcing.
In addition, this position will recruit for some of the most challenging positions in their supported departments. You'll also work closely with key leadership and hiring managers across the organization to improve processes, implement training, assign requisitions to the recruiting team, and prioritize hiring.

The ideal candidate must have managed a team of internal recruiters in the IT sector. EMEA experience essential.
