Our client, an award-winning Accountancy firm (Top 30) with offices based in several locations across the UK including Cambridge and Norwich, is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager into their HR team. The main purpose of this role is to support the HR Partner leading the strategic direction of the HR function alongside the Resourcing Manager.
The Senior HR Manager will deliver HR leadership both strategically and operationally, shaping HR across the practice and building strong business relationships with the Partner and Management team to ensure that the HR function is proactive and responsive to the business needs and expectations. The focus falls into three key areas 1) High-level Employee Relations 2) Strategic HR Projects 3) Team Development (team of three direct reports).

It is essential that you have a stable work history, with recent and relevant HR Management experience in a generalist capacity with some team management and projects experience.
