1-Year Fixed Term Contract - Starting End of April
Cambridge with Weekly Travel to Norwich / Bishops Stortford
Our client, an award-winning Accountancy firm (Top 30) with offices based in several locations across the UK including Cambridge and Norwich, is recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor in their HR team to be responsible for the Cambridge office. This is a typical generalist role where you will be working in a small but stable team of HR professionals who strive to support five key offices.
It goes without saying that culture is very important - indeed, our client sets itself apart from its competitors through their "service with a difference" and this is reflected through their people. We are looking for an open, honest communicator with a collaborative, approachable, and personable nature who has worked in a professional environment, ideally for a medium-sized company.
It is essential that you have around 3-5 years HR advisory experience in a generalist capacity and some stability / longevity on your CV will make an impact.
