Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Graduate Tech Recruiter, the brightest and best entry-level candidates for our client's technology graduate programs both with a focus on diversity. Your role will build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally ensuring the recruitment strategy is aligned with business needs. You will also ensure our client continues to attract high calibre STEM and non-STEM graduates seeking a career with our client.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

Campus Recruitment

  • Develop strong relationships with 5-6 target Universities
  • Maintain a primary focus on strategies to source STEM students and also other types of students to meet our diversity targets

Black Heritage

  • Design and deliver a range of high impact, innovative sourcing events (on-campus or virtually) to generate high-quality internship and graduate applications e.g. skills sessions, networking events, presentations, insight events, larger-scale hiring initiatives e.g Tech Visionaries
  • Conduct on-going research/analysis into our target audience to ensure our sourcing strategies are relevant and stand out in a crowded market place
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and feed into longer-term recruitment strategies
  • Having overall management of your university budgets and tracking ROI per event
  • Meeting recruitment targets (diversity, STEM, offer accepts)
  • Leading projects within Graduate Recruitment - for example, previous projects have included Diversity Lead, events/ campaign support, Talent Team lead, Budgets, Candidate Experience Team lead
  • Supporting the Candidate Management team to onboard and keep warm your program pipelines

Candidate Management

  • Manage offer process and pipelines for technology programmes
  • Develop and implement a keep warm strategy for technology programmes
  • Ensure timely onboarding for all technology start groups (this includes awareness of and adherence to visa legislation, GDPR, pre joiner engagement and onboarding timeframes)

Relationship Management

Internal:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships (recruitment sponsors, student ambassadors, third party owners)
  • Recruitment team including Diversity Lead and Experienced Hire recruiters
  • Talent Team - structure and motivate teams of approx. 50-200 members from all levels across the business (including Leadership) to deliver bespoke campus activities
  • Broader HR teams including Talent Supply Chain team and Field HR teams
  • Interviewers (Technology Managers and Senior Managers)

External:

  • Develop a strong relationship with your target universities with a focus on sourcing candidates for all graduate programmes but focused on technology
  • Develop and deliver new strategic objects with business partners, and 3rd party contacts, relating to the promotion and sourcing for graduate programmes
  • Management of third party suppliers/partners relating to technology recruitment, focusing on social mobility, gender and ethnicity
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process

Team Management:

  • Supervision of one direct report (Junior Analyst Recruiter) 
  • Motivate, develop and manage day-to-day workload (this may be a dual reporting line with another Senior Recruiter)

Interviewing:

  • Review candidate pipelines including candidate pass rates for the initial (Headstart) application, first stage online assessments etc.
  • Conduct 2nd round assessment centres for all areas
  • Conduct ad-hoc interviews (Internal team roles)

Project work:

  • Implement and manage Global initiatives that relate to technology recruitment
  • Ad hoc projects/ responsibilities
