Job Description

My client are a global publishing organisation who are looking for a sales administrator to join their team!

Job Purpose:

To provide day-to-day operational support to the sales operation and customer success function.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and records renewals as secured, ensuring the Standard Billing renewal revenue spreadsheet is updated with all appropriate data
  • Updates the Standard Billing spreadsheet when needed
  • Complies with sales systems
  • Monitors and reports on new Standard Billing disputes raised, tracking against salesperson, start date and resolution date
  • Managing the Standard Billing submission process, identifying possible discrepancies.
  • Ensures all letters are sent as per the agreed deadlines
  • Creates all Standard Billing opportunities on salesforce
  • Responsible for closing the Standard Billing invoice opportunities on the agreed dates
  • Monitoring the standard billing inbox for customer queries
  • Monitors and logs the disputes process
  • Assists sales operations team with monthly reporting requirements
  • Run reports and refreshes dashboards on Salesforce
  • Supports the sales & customer success teams in identifying customers needing support or assistance and effectively resolves issues.
