Our client is a fast-growing unicorn tech company that's transforming how private companies connect with government contracts. Their platform allows public sector bodies to procure services efficiently-from the right suppliers, at the right price.
They are now seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team for a 6-12 month contract, based in stunning offices near Vauxhall.
The Role:
As Sales Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the tender process between public sector buyers and private suppliers. You'll coordinate:
Incoming ITT (Invitation to Tender) documentation from government portals
Clarifications, updates, and communication from public sector buyers
Responses and submissions from the private sector suppliers
You'll act as a central point of contact across 18 procurement frameworks, using multiple CRM systems to manage and track progress from enquiry through to submission and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between government clients and private sector suppliers
Manage and track ITTs, clarifications, and submissions
Ensure responses are submitted on time and follow up through to purchase orders
Use CRM systems and portals to coordinate data, tasks, and communications
Anticipate issues, chase responses, and keep processes running smoothly
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a sales support role with tenders knowledge (essential)
Confident working across multiple systems and platforms (strong CRM experience is essential)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to follow through and finish tasks independently

Initially fully office-based during probation, then hybrid (2 days WFH)
