Recruitment Administrator 12 month contract
One of the UK's leading Finance firms is urgently recruiting for a recruitment administrator from an in-house or agency background to join their HR and Recruitment team of 12.
This is an extremely busy role that will form a key part of the team.
Your role will range from screening and uploading CVS, liaising with the candidates for interviews, arranging interviews internally, through to on-boarding the new hires and ensuring that all of them are compliant.
Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for the temporary workers in the business, acting as a conduit between them and their agencies.
Although a 12-month contract, this may be seen as a long-term role as the HR team is expanding therefore it could be a route towards this type of role.
Along with recruitment administrative experience, you must have strong IT and communication skills and will be used to working to tight deadlines.
Experience of using ATS systems is a bonus.
