Our client, a boutique Oil and Gas trading company with offices across the globe, is seeking a professional, warm, polished, and proactive receptionist to work at their brand new offices based near Sloane Square. The role will be working with one other receptionist and demands someone who can provide a friendly, efficient, and seamless front of house experience. This role will support the running of the small, but beautiful office to ensure they are functioning day to day, whilst also providing additional administrative support to Directors.

We do ask that candidates have at least two years of customer service or administrative experience behind them in a professional office environment and you must be polished in appearance and communication.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Screening and fielding calls
- Diary management
- Meeting room management
- Booking travel, lunches, etc.
- Ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
