Job Description

Professional Receptionist required for work in various organisations within professional services. Based in the heart of the West End, you need to be organised, efficient, and available immediately.

You will have a great attitude and work ethic with your responsibilities, including welcoming visitors and announcing their arrival, preparing meeting rooms including making tea and coffee, transferring incoming calls and relaying messages, plus carrying out general office duties including dealing with the post and filing.

The successful candidate will be required to have previous reception experience and be able to work unsupervised. You will need to be well-presented with a professional telephone manner and remain calm under pressure.

You will also need to be available at short notice and be happy to carry out temporary assignments ranging from one day to three months.
