A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a highly reputable Property Consultancy on an ongoing temporary basis. Based in the heart of the West End, you will be the main point of contact for all "front of house" activities, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the office, as well as answering all calls through the switchboard.
Main tasks will include operating a busy switchboard, greeting guests, managing bookings for seven meeting rooms, supporting the Manager with event planning and deployment, and general ad hoc administrative support as required.
Experience within a similar role is essential for this position and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. You will also have a good level of IT proficiency and the ability to multitask.
