Our client, a fabulous property company based in London's West End, is seeking a new Receptionist to join their dynamic and prestigious offices. This role is ideal for an experienced, friendly, well-presented, and articulate candidate who brings a positive attitude, a hard work ethic, and who thrives in a corporate environment.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' previous front of house experience, be hospitable by nature, organised in conduct, and it is essential to have had previous experience in dealing with front of house management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, an unflappable "can do" nature, and must have the ability to manage another receptionist.
The role will require meeting and greeting all clients as they enter this busy office, ensuring that you provide exceptional levels of customer service. The role will also see you organising the numerous meeting rooms, assisting with post, stationery, couriers, and other administrative duties to help cover the reception and facilities function.
