Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment. With a team of 80 based in the London office and a strong global footprint, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth in the property sector. They are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join their close-knit team of support staff. The successful candidate will represent the business as the face of the front of house, while providing collaborative support to the wider property team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their company. This role is vital in creating a positive and lasting impression for all clients, visitors, and team members. You will manage the front-of-house operations and provide administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and post, directing them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised reception area
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with couriers
  • Provide administrative support to the property and office management teams
  • Assist with client hospitality, including arranging refreshments
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the business
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, preferably within property, real estate, or professional services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
