Location: City of London
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 - plus great benefits!
- Meeting and greeting visitors in reception.
- Responsible for managing all meeting rooms.
- Making sure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy.
- Answering a busy switchboard.
- Taking accurate messages and passing them on to employees in a timely manner.
- Providing five-star Customer Service at all times.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages.
