Receptionist and Exec support to CEO
25 days holidays, 5% pension dis- bonus
Hours: 09.00- 17.00
Our client, a progressive and growing Wealth Management company based in the heart of the City, is looking for an established and unflappable EA to support their new CEO.
This role is a dual role that will be based on reception but also provides support the CEO in a fairly traditional capacity. We are looking for a warm, engaging receptionist who has worked on the front of house and also has some experience in providing administrative and personal support to senior executives. The CEO needs a calm, proactive, resourceful, and professional EA to provide a seamless support to him. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, trustworthy, confidential, and dependable,with some front of house experience that they want to develop down the PA route.
This is a varied and busy role working in a smaller, fast-paced environment with typical duties including:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Organising conference calls
- Managing meeting rooms
- Planning and scheduling complex travel itineraries
- Co-ordination of events / meetings
- Assisting with client reports / presentations.
- Must have advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Outlook
