Receptionist / HR administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic friendly organisation as a Receptionist / HR administrator. My client is a membership body within the finance sector and, due to an internal promotion, need an experienced, well-organised and friendly Receptionist and office administrator who will also have responsibility for HR support. As the first point of contact, the individual needs to maintain a good outward appearance, have a friendly and helpful manner, be conversant with staff, visitors etc in addressing their needs and maintain confidentiality at all times. The candidate must be resourceful and active in this challenging position.
You must have proven experience in reception and some administrative work ideally so that you are confident dealing with a wide variety of tasks. As you will support the HR manager, you must have excellent attention to detail and be used to working with confidential projects.
