An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients in fabulous city office. The ideal candidate will have had some front-of-house experience and be well presented;e, friendly, confident, and at-home in a fast-paced environment.
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms.
- Maintaining the reception and communal areas.
- Taking telephone calls, and then directing to relevant people and/or fielding calls.
- Managing office supplies and facilities.
- Managing postal and courier assignments.
- Any other ad-hoc requirements.
Please note: we will only consider candidates with some previous reception experience.
Salary: will be dependent upon experience.
