An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients in fabulous central London office. The ideal candidate will have had some front of house experience and be well-presented, friendly, confident, and at home in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greet clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms.
- Maintaining the reception and communal areas.
- Taking telephone calls, directing to relevant people, and fielding calls.
- Managing office supplies and facilities.
- Managing postal and courier assignments.
- Any other ad hoc requirements.
