Hours: 10.00 - 18.00 M-F Chelsea & Belgravia ( no remote working)

Our client, a UHNWI based in Chelsea with a private residence in Belgravia, is looking for a discreet Private PA who can provide exceptional right-hand PA/lifestyle support.

Our client values professionalism, discretion and courtesy and as their Private PA, you will be used to delivering a seamless service with finesse and diplomacy. This role would be well suited for a smart, dynamic, and self-motivated Private PA who enjoys working in a team as this role will see you managing a small team of household staff. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of your principal's life run smoothly, engaging with many social stakeholders within their network.

We are looking for a fixer, a problem-solver and the orchestrator of efficiency (gracefully)

  • Coordinate global travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Manage complex calendars and inbox organisation.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements and itineraries / private flights/hotels etc.
  • Wardrobe management & shopping engagements (liaison with fashion houses & boutiques)
  • Management of teams of domestic staff in the London home
  • Event coordination - plan and coordinate family events, seasonal gatherings, special occasions and socials
  • Organise and co-ordinating all personal appointments including medical and private membership dealings.

Salary will be based on experience. We are only considering candidates who have a minimum of 5 years of PA experience, some of which must be within a private household supporting a UHNW individual. Core working hours are 10 am - 6 pm with an expectation to be reachable outside of this for anything urgent.
