Job Description

This is a remote role with weekly travel to St James (London) and occasional travel to Sommerset- flexibility is needed and someone who is based within easy reach of London.

A lovely private PA role helping a charming HNWI individual who needs help keeping her busy private family/ life in order. You will be very involved in this individuals personal life and therefore trust , confidentiality and rapport is going to be essential . The family have properties in the UK and Europe , two of which are undergoing major development which will also shape the role to some extent.

The family are wonderful and have a full complement of long term household staff ; we are looking for an experience private PA with a friendly approach who is a positive, smart, proactive problem finder and fixer of things! This is a new role and will need someone who can really ingratiate themselves with the family and help with forward planning & organising , proactively navigating through what is most in need of attention and then acting accordingly

This is largely remote role but will require physical presence / travel into Central London 1-2 weekly and occasional travel to Somerset.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to balance work with other interests in their life- it will not warrant 24/7 support and your time outside of normal hours is respected (09.00- 18.00 ) although occasional flexibility is needed. Excellent package and great opportunity!

Typical Duties

  • Scheduling personal travel & holidays including visa's ESTA etc
  • Diary & calendar management for principal
  • Life concierge: booking restaurants, personal health appointments , sourcing gifts, booking tickets , medical appointments etc .
  • Assisting/ cdo-ordinating with property maintenance/ developments ( interior designers, builders,gardeners etc )
  • Household bill & expense management
  • Arranging home supplies ( food/ housekeeping etc )
  • Liaison with staff and contacts, personal errands and shopping, any ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Research / assistance with ad hoc projects

Please note we are only considering candidates with previous Private PA experience initially .
