Private Equity EA supporting 3-4 Partners
£38,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced EA to join an established Private Equity firm in the West end. You will be responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support including coordinating complex diaries, complex travel and typing out itineraries, admin support to all live deals, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with project reports.
This is a really great team to work with, and the organisation is looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has an invested interest in the business as a whole, and understands the importance of their role and how it impacts the Partners they will be supporting. It's an extremely busy, fast-paced environment and you will need to have flexibility due to the constant last minute changes to travel plans or meetings.
If you have had exposure in working with colleagues and clients internationally, this will be an advantage. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure, be one step ahead, be incredibly proactive, and have a really strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills are essential, and being fluent in English and one other European language is preferable (Italian, French, Spanish, or German). You will need to have a stable CV and previous experience in Private Equity, Finance, or a Law background.
