SEEKING BUSINESS AND PRIVATE PA TO HNWI

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven, hard working and business minded Private EA to support a HNWI.
This role is seeking someone who can work alongside a HNWI and support them with both their private life and business ventures.
MUST BE FLUENT in HINDI and ENGLISH!

Location: Mayfair, London

Hours: 08:30am - 05:30pm (but out of hours work is required)

Salary: Open - it is more about the right person

Job Description:

  • Supporting the MD with both business and private
  • Extensive diary management, booking appointments, rescheduling appointments
  • Inbox management, drafting, responding and prioritising emails on HNWI's behalf
  • Frequently liaising with the Mumbai office
  • Project Managing real estate project
  • Travel booking, responsible for organising itineraries and visas
  • Assisting in the running of his UK business, ensuring they are compliant with the UK laws and regulations
  • Scheduling his daily WebEx conferences on Cisco with the various offices across the world. Working to time zones and deadlines
  • Attending meetings on the HNWI's behalf and travelling with them when required
  • Gatekeeping and being that right hand to the MD
  • Ensuring the smooth running of his household and staff in London
  • Collating presentations and content for meetings
  • Working closely with HNWI's family and staff

Personal Skills and Attributes

  • Previous executive-level support to a HNWI
  • Experience supporting with both private and business
  • MUST be fluent in Hindi and English
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to take initiative, manage a changing schedule and manage competing priorities without losing anything in the shuffle
  • Exceptional knowledge of the London and UK laws
  • Familiar with the UK legislation's, especially around real estate
  • Ability to work to a high standard at pace, ideally in a start-up environment
  • Previous experience coordinating international travel and planning across multiple time-zones
  • Extensive diary management and inbox management experience
  • Flexible with working hours and travel requirements
