We are recruiting for a PA and Project Administrator role within an Executive Search firm based in the West End. The main focus of the role is to provide PA support to the Chairman, Managing Partner, and Director. The project administration aspect is to support the wider team. This is a FOH role, sharing reception duties with the Office Assistant.
You will be a valued and important member of the team working closely with the Office Assistant Corporate Services Manager. You will have a deft touch when managing competing personalities and maintain discretion and diplomacy at all times, whilst helping to maintain an efficient and warm FOH presence alongside the Office Assistant.
You will have excellent multi-tasking abilities and enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same. When taking on the role of Project Administrator, you will use your PA skills across a wider network of clients and candidates, relieving the Associates' and Consultants' workloads by organising interviews and meetings internationally, managing last minute changes across multiple time zones. As such, your time management will be precise, and you will help to maintain client loyalty by forging strong relationships from the start and demonstrating a diligent and proactive attitude towards stakeholders.
- 2 - 3 years' previous administration experience within a corporate office environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and unflappable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
