Salary: £38,000- £40,000
Hours: 09.00-17.30 (hybrid working with 2-days office-based and 3-days remote)
We have a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic PA interested in conservation/sustainability which is looking to develop their experience with a growing company and exceptional people.
Our client is a boutique private equity firm that invests in growth companies and technologies, offering sustainable solutions for conservation; we are looking for a highly-organised assistant to support three critical partners in the team. The ideal candidate is organised, a curious thinker, a problem solver, and efficient with their task approaches. We are looking for a grad-calibre candidate who wants a challenging, involved role they can make their own.
Day-to-day, you will organise diaries, travel itineraries, events, and ad-hoc projects (such as helping with roadshows and managing the social media platforms), support partners, and allow partners to focus on their end goals/fundraising.
This role would suit a confident, engaging, and forward-thinking candidate with experience in a similar PA or Team Support role.
This is for someone looking to work for an organisation they can be passionate about (i.e. supports sustainability) whilst enhancing their personal development.
- Diary management.
- Organising complex travel itineraries for external clients and the internal Sales Team.
- Organising the logistics of events and roadshows.
- Helping to compile sales briefings and pre-meeting research.
- Organising meetings with fund managers.
- Providing strong team assistance when needed.
Ideally, we look for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary/pay rate is dependent on experience.
