Personal Assistant to Directors, Investments (Advanced Powerpoint)
£45,000- 50,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
Are you looking for a hybrid role that will offer variety and the chance to work at a senior level? Our client is a well established Finance firm that is looking for a Personal Assistant to support their CEO primarily but who is also happy to look after the Board of 5 in a smaller capacity. Alongside this, you will lead a small team of administrators in terms of workload allocation, extra training support and problem-solving.
Alongside the standard diary and meeting management, they need high-quality Powerpoint and Excel document production (This will be tested at interview stage). You will attend and minute meetings so experience with summary notes will be required. They work across Private Equity and Venture Capital so any understanding of this would be a bonus but not essential. Ideally, you will have had some exposure to leading a team but again, attitude and skills are more important.
