Our client is a well-known cultural establishment and as part of this strategic priority, the People and Culture team have a critical role to play in developing a culture where they value and engage all people in this mission.
In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our Director of People and Culture. Although this role is advertised as a full-time position (35 hours per week), we would consider applications from candidates wishing to work 4 days (28 hours per week).
Using expert judgement, you will proactively manage the Director's correspondence and schedule, ensuring skillful co-ordination of their activities across the Group. You will support committees and meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare reports for both the Director of People & Culture and the Head of People.
You will have experience of acting as a Personal Assistant to senior-level management, and monitoring complex diaries and itineraries. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to show tact, discretion, and confidentiality. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in this role, as will your research and literacy skills.
