Fantastic opportunity available near Waterloo working for a digital health agency as Office coordinator and Personal Assistant to three founders starting immediately.
Our client is looking for a well-organised, responsible team member who's confident using technology and maintaining an eye for detail. Key responsibilities for this role include management of various email accounts, scheduling of meetings, as well as general personal assistant duties.
The role will also include HR and Recruitment duties including candidate testing, scheduling candidate interviews, on-boarding, sickness and annual leave administration, and the use of Information Governance training and testing.
You will have previous experience managing diaries and office coordination. You will benefit from flexible working hours and the opportunity to develop your skills.
