We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant with recent experience in the Financial Services industry to join a renowned Global Management Consultancy firm based in the City. This is an all-encompassing role that requires an established PA who thrives under pressure, and enjoys a busy financial environment and a varied role. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a meticulously organised and hard-working PA who is looking for a new challenge supporting up to three executives.
You will be a logistical guru who takes great pride in ensuring that whoever you support can wholly rely on you to manage their schedule with efficiency, a pre-emptive approach and cope with regular change. You must be able to manage confidential information with extreme discretion and be able to make responsible decisions that will positively impact the smooth running of the day.
The role includes all PA duties, with very full-on diary management and travel management focus. It's important that you have stability in previous roles, extensive PA experience within the financial services sector, and a great, friendly personality and positive attitude. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. You will have good communication skills with a strong ability to establish positive working relationships across the business and externally.
