Our client, a small management consultancy work, with a wide range of external clients, helping them to achieve optimal performance by getting the best out of their people. This Personal Assistant support role is focused around working closely with the CEO to provide diary management, logistical planning, client liaison, and helping with document production using Word and PowerPoint.
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and organised character who works well under pressure, enjoys multi-tasking, and can be flexible to the needs of the business. To be considered, candidates must have great document formatting experience, using PowerPoint, and should have a robust range of administrative skills. The company is small, team-focused, and reactive to the changing needs of the their clients, hence flexibility is key.
The role is based in Hammersmith and will include the following :
- Collating and producing PowerPoint presentations
- Diary management
- Travel arranging
- Typing up proposals
- Arranging meetings / sessions and seminars
- Producing material for sessions and seminars
- Ad hoc projects
- Creating and maintaining databases
