Corporate Receptionist
Mayfair, West End | £35,000-£40,000 + Excellent Benefits & Bonus | Permanent | Full-Time (8am-5pm)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This boutique investment firm has a London office of around 80 employees and is known for its dynamic, high-performing culture and stylish working environment.
Working closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. You'll take ownership of the reception area and front-of-house operations, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and AV set-ups, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with restaurant bookings and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and coordinating meeting room logistics
Liaise with Executive Assistants and Office Manager for meeting requirements and urgent tasks
Organise catering, restaurant bookings, and couriers
Oversee office supply inventory and liaise with the building manager as needed
Maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of front-of-house
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a corporate reception role, ideally within professional services (finance, law, investment)
Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
A team player who's eager to take on new responsibilities
Looking to grow into a broader role in office or facilities management
