Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing Fintechs with stunning offices in the City. Due to expansion they urgently require a dynamic HR advisor to join their team and take on a busy generalist role across the full employee life cycle. You should be comfortable with lots of change (all positive) and ready to work across their other locations in Europe. You will want to grow your career and take on more challenges along with being happy to do some HR administration.
My client is open on the experience (hence the salary range) but most important is the ability to work in a fast-pace culture and you will be qualified at least to CIPD level 3. Advanced knowledge of employee legislation is expected.
The ideal People Advisor will:
create, implement and lead new people projects, & initiatives to continue to build a working environment and culture
Build and maintain effective working relationships with line managers
Be a cultural ambassador championing values as the business continues to grow with a goal of providing a world class employee experience.
Support the development of the People Operations team making them more efficient and automated ensuring adherence to best practice and relevant legislation.
Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding & offboarding.
Ensure People policies are in tip-top shape to support the business through this growth.
