Our client, a Private Investment Company based in the Kingswood area, is looking for a Pensions Administrator for an immediate start to join their Client Administration Team. You need to have excellent administrative and communication skills, the ability to move between tasks and prioritise effectively whilst remaining organised, as well as a high attention to detail.
This role is carrying out a large audit with client information so a candidate with analytical and audit experience will suit best! This is a methodical and process-driven role that needs 100% attention at all times!
You will be a proactive self-starter who can utilise a network of support within the company, as well as being a team player who can take of new tasks from a variety a sources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing current procedures and process held to ensure effectiveness
- Cross-checking manuals
- Conducting audits on current data held by company
- Validating organisations information to ensure clear and user friendly
- Keeping all details up-to-date and ensuring all information is accurate
- Other office duties
