Human resources administrator (part-time)
Our client is a boutique investment firm with offices across Europe and the UK. A newly created role to support the HR manager has been created as the company is growing and she requires additional support. Working 3-4 days per week (at least 2 of those in the office), you will act as a key support for the HR remit.
Duties will include:
Update HR databases (e.g., New hires, leavers)
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming CV's.
Work with Head of HR to prepare monthly/quarterly reports and presentations for internal communications.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records information
The ideal candidate will either have relevant HR experience or will be looking to build on their HR career. As it is initially a 12 month contract, the client will consider graduates of HR hoping to build on their experience alongside experienced HR administrators looking for a work/ life balance.
