Part-time Role Paying £30,000 (6.5 hours per day)

Our client, a leading professional services firm based in the heart of the West End, is seeking an organised, confident, and quick thinking part-time Personal Assistant to support a Partner and a Director. The role is varied and busy with traditional duties including diary management, inbox management, gatekeeping, client management, and providing solid organisation assistance to the wider team.

Duties include:

  • Arranging meetings, internal and external lunches, along with any other required bookings for the Partner/Director
  • Proactive diary management for both the partner and director together with diary assistance for team
  • Providing a proactive, effective, and comprehensive assistance in relation to managing the Partner's and Director's workload
  • Filtering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, and assisting with client interactions wherever necessary, such as responding directly to client queries
  • Assisting the wider team
  • Acting as liaison for the partner and director from internal colleagues, external clients, and other contacts, answering questions, and routing requests appropriately
  • Maintaining an organised system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritising tasks and projects
  • Audio typing, which may include the transcription of emails, letters, minutes, and other required documents
  • New client set-up
  • General administration

The ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge, demonstrate resourcefulness in the face of adversity, bring exceptional organisational skills, and have at least 5 years' team PA experience supporting two or more key Directors, and will come from the professional services sector.
