Hours: 09.00- 17.30 ( Hybrid 2 days office based- 3 days remote)
We have a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic PA with an interest in conservation / sustainability who is looking to develop their experience with a growing company and exceptional people.
Our client, is a boutique private equity firm that invests in growth companies and technologies which offer sustainable solutions for conservation are looking for a highly organised assistant to support three key partners in the team. The ideal candidate will be super organised, a curious thinker, problem solver and efficient in their approach. We are looking for a grad calibre candidate who wants a challenging , involved role and one they can really make their own. Day to day you will be logistically & operationally organising diaries, travel itineraries, events and hoc projects ( such as helping with roadshows & social media management ) to support the partners and allow them to focus on their end goals/ fund raising.
This role would suit a confident, engaging and forward thinking candidate who has had some experience in a similar PA or team support role and who is looking to work for an organisation which they can be passionate about (ie supports sustainability) and which supports their personal development.
- Diary management
- Organising complex travel itineraries for external clients and internal sales team
- Organising the logistics of events and roadshows
- Helping to compile sales briefings and pre-meeting research / research
- Organising meetings with fund managers
- Providing robust team assistance where needed
We are ideally look for candidates who have had at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role and salary will be dependent upon experience.
