Our client, a global giant with executive offices based in the heart of the West End, is seeking a professional, efficient, and proactive PA to support two Global Directors across the London operation. The role will be busy, varied, and challenging due to the workload and scope of the Directors. The role will involve lots of diary management, organisation of international travel, managing inboxes, preparing Directors for meetings, expense management, and lots of stakeholder engagement at board level.
We are looking for PAs who have a solid working history, a passion for the PA function, and a positive, flexible approach to working. The offices are modern and utilise the latest technology (Office 365) so we are looking for candidates who are fully versed with MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
