We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, credible, and efficient Personal Assistant to join an Insurance firm in City and offer 1st class support to four directors.
This role will involve complex diary and travel management, arranging board meetings across Europe, and preparing board papers. You will be responsible for the inbox management of the MD and will attend and support at meetings on a weekly basis.
This is quite a traditional role, however the environment is open to change and innovation so fresh ideas are always welcome. You will also have ad hoc opportunities to assist with projects and events.
This would suit a very experienced PA who enjoys supporting a senior team and has an adaptable working style. Our client offers beautiful offices in the City and a good work-life balance with attractive benefits.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 5 years' PA experience, ideally from Insurance or professional services.
