PA & Office Manager

Up to £38,000 depending on experience - require a min of 2-3 years

Temp to perm - must be immediately available

09:00 - 18:00pm

North London

We are recruiting for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join a trendy, fast-paced, and vibrant online/E-commerce business. You will need to be immediately available as this is a temp to perm role and you will need previous experience supporting at director or above level. This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity for someone who has about 3 years' experience and is ready for a new challenge.

In addition to providing day-to-day support to the CEO, this person will also support the COO and Exec team when required and have the Office Manager as a direct report. You will have a personable attitude, be able to work independently, and proactively manage the office and other matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  •  Diary management, inbox management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and creating itineraries
  • Liaising with external contacts (including C-suite)
  • Preparation for meetings and taking minutes when required
  • Proofreading documentation
  • Managing the Office Coordinator and have ultimate responsibility of Front of House and general office requirements
  • Personal errands for Exec team
  • Organising Christmas and summer company party and conferences

Candidate Specification:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a PA role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
  • Understanding of high confidentiality in role
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task under pressure
  • Personable with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced administrative skills and basic IT skills (preferred)
  • Degree-level educated (preferred)
