Love Success are working exclusively with a charity in Victoria to recruit a PA / Office Manager on a temp to perm basis, for an immediate start.
Working in a friendly and collaborative team, the PA / Office Manager will provide:
- PA support to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team, and Board of Trustees with diary management, arranging meetings, processing expenses claims, and maintenance of board documentation.
- Finance administration / book keeping support, which will involve: receiving all invoices, grant payment letters, credit card receipts, and staff expense claims; allocating resource accounting code; entering financial information onto Xero; and dealing with miscellaneous financial information.
- Office Management support and communications support, which will involve management of four inboxes.
